The Woodward 5466-329 is a four-channel actuator driver module that converts digital commands from the CPU into proportional output signals (0-25 mAdc or 0-200 mAdc) for actuator control. It communicates via the VME-bus interface, with a microcontroller managing output scaling, timing, and continuous monitoring of voltage and current. The module detects channel and load faults, can disable individual channels, and illuminates a FAULT LED when a failure prevents normal operation.
