Deskripsi Produk

General Electric DS200DCFBG1B DC Power Supply Feedback Board Mark V Board

Product Description:

The GE DS200DCFBG1B is a multifunctional Power Supply Feedback Board, dual-classified as part of the Mark V board series and a critical component for IGBT drive applications. It draws 38 VAC/115 VAC input power from the control power transformer (CPT) to deliver two core outputs: control-level power for turbine drive electronics and 115 VAC power for enclosure fans. Beyond power delivery, it integrates signal monitoring, communication with control boards, and robust diagnostics, making it a central hub for Mark V and drive system reliability.

Key Features:
Dual-Role Power Delivery & Broad System Compatibility
Engineered for both Mark V turbine systems and major IGBT drives, it adapts to diverse industrial needs while ensuring consistent performance. It supplies control-level power and enclosure fan power for thermal management, eliminating the need for separate power components. Notably, EX2000 systems use the board differently than other drives, highlighting its flexible design to meet unique application requirements.

Integrated Circuits for Power & Signal Management
Control-level power supplies delivering stable voltage for system logic;
Motor field power circuits and SCR generator driver circuits enabling motor actuation;Monitoring circuits for armature current/voltage, motor field current, and AC line current tracking critical operational parameters.
These circuits work in tandem to ensure power stability and real-time signal visibility, foundational for safe turbine/drive control.

Targeted Communication with Control Boards
It establishes seamless communication with SDCC/LDCC control boards through two key mechanisms:
Amplifier circuits transmit analog motor voltage feedback, with DIP switch SW6 allowing active scaling/modification of this feedback to align with control board requirements;
A voltage-controlled oscillator (VCO) converts input voltages to frequency signals, sent to control boards via connector 1PL—ensuring accurate, low-latency data transfer for real-time regulation.

Comprehensive Connectivity
It features 27 total connectors --18 plug-style, 9 stab-style for seamless interfacing with other Mark V Series products. This extensive connectivity ensures reliable power and signal transfer across the turbine/drive system, reducing integration complexity and enhancing overall system cohesion.
