The DS200DCFBG1B is a critical power supply board designed for the Mark V series, utilized in a range of turbine control systems including AC2000, DC2000, and EX2000. Its primary function is to supply control-level power and enclosure fan power within the drive system.
Key Features:
Comprehensive Power and Control Integration: The board integrates several vital circuits, making it a central component for power management and motor control. These include control-level power supplies, motor field power circuits, and driver circuits for SCR generators. It is responsible for monitoring key parameters such as armature current and voltage, motor field currents, and AC line current.
Communication and Signal Processing: The DS200DCFBG1B facilitates crucial communication with the system's SDCC or LDCC control boards. It provides an analog representation of the motor voltage, which can be actively scaled and modified using the onboard DIP switch SW6. A significant feature is its voltage-controlled oscillator, which converts input voltages into frequency signals for transmission to the control cards, enabling precise monitoring and feedback.
Configuration and Diagnostics: The board offers extensive configurability through twelve jumper (JP) settings and seven DIP switches (SW), allowing it to be tailored to specific system requirements. Diagnostic capabilities are robust, featuring two red LED indicators (CR51 and CR55) for DC regulator fuse status and a neon lamp (LT1) for AC line status.
