The GE DS200SDCCG4AFD is a Drive Controller Board designed for GE’s Mark V Turbine Control System, serving as a core component for managing turbine drive operations. Safety is paramount during its installation and maintenance—strict adherence to installation guidelines is mandatory to avoid electric shock or burn hazards, and users must fully understand these protocols beforehand to protect personnel and ensure system longevity.


As a Mark V Series product, it lacks extensive original online instructional materials, so its product number becomes a key source of hardware details. The “DS200” prefix confirms normal Mark V assembly; other naming chunks indicate a standard PCB coating, three-fold revisions, and membership in Mark V Group 4.


Functionally, it interfaces with other Mark V boards via onboard connectors but does not include factory-installed EPROM chips (users needing EPROMs should opt for similarly named DS215 boards). Its hardware includes jumper switches, TP test points, resistor network arrays, and integrated circuits, with voltage suppression relying on Mark V-standard components (resistors, capacitors, diodes, specialized ICs).
