The GE IS220PTCCH1A is a Thermocouple Input Module part of the Mark VIe Series, serving as an electrical interface between 1-2 I/O Ethernet networks and thermocouple input terminal boards in distributed control systems.

- Easy Installation: Plugs directly into terminal boards, secured via threaded studs to avoid connector stress; soft-start capability allows hot-plugging power without shutdown.
- Robust Communication: Dual 10/100 Ethernet ports and infrared serial port for local diagnostics.
- Performance & Diagnostics: High accuracy, 100 dB AC common-mode rejection, and self-tests for memory, hardware, and power supplies. Operates in -30°C to +65°C ambient conditions.
- Processor Features: Includes a high-speed processor with RAM/flash, hardware watchdog, ambient sensor, electronic ID verification, and programmable logic supporting the acquisition board.
The module integrates a common Mark VIe processor board and a thermocouple-specific acquisition board. In TMR configurations with TBTCH1B boards, three packs are used with three cold junctions but support 12 thermocouples. Communication occurs via dual RJ45 Ethernet ports, power via a three-pin connector, and outputs via a DC-37 pin connector to terminal boards. LEDs and an infrared port provide visual and serial diagnostics.
